Simple and easy. Strawberry trifle with added layers.
Cream filled biscuit beneath the hot strawberry pudding (that will make it soft and moist), topped with Madagascan vanilla custard and whipped cream. Too bad I didn’t have fresh strawberries in my fridge because that would have been the only thing missing.
The idea to make these came from the coloured glasses and a photo I came across the other day of my daughter having a sip from the cocktails we had at a bar in Majorca 🙂
