I meant to try making domed cupcakes for a while now, and finally the day has come.
It was my friend’s birthday, so I just thought it is a good opportunity to give it a go.
I wanted to decorate the little cakes in a theme that suits the season, that’s why I chose to make blooming trees and birds.
The cake is a simple vanilla sponge but under the fondant cap there is a good amount of white vanilla chocolate cream that makes it really delicious.
